Co-invested in an ecological project at Mai Chau Nature Reserve – a magnificent and unspoiled mountainous region in the North of Vietnam.This is a new business segment in the development orientation of the group. Being fortunate to serve a lot of tourists coming to Vietnam, talking with them, we are aware of sustainable development associated with environmental protection and ecotourism. We want to contribute our small part, build an eco-resort with 80% completely natural building materials: wood, bamboo, palm roof. The construction of eco-tourism area with the desire to change the way of tourism of indigenous people, tourism associated with sustainability.

With the desire to serve tourists all over Vietnam, we open 2 more small partner branches (10 employees) in the central and southern regions of Vietnam, the branches will support the head office in the future. The tour operator (car, tour guide, hotel) and handle problems visitors encounter during the trip. The establishment of partner branches to enhance our responsibility to customers, timely support customers anytime, anywhere.

After 3 years of establishment, on average, each year organizes nearly 200 tours (joint tours, private tours with the number of 2-100 people). Joyful VietNam Travel commenced its activities and tour operation to all Indochina countries – Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.This is a new job, with the countries and neighbors of Vietnam. Defined as a new challenge, we have prepared very carefully to be able to launch a combined tour vietnam-Cambodia-lao-thailand, to satisfy the most demanding customers.

As a young enterprise, with youth and strong passion, we have established Vietnam tourism organization. The initial office is only about 30m2, with 5 people with the same orientation to introduce Vietnam tourism to international friends. We combine the organization of tours for local people, trips to Vietnam for international tourists.
