Itinerary
Arrival in Tan Son Nhat airport, you will be picked up then transferred to the hotel in city center
Take the afternoon trip to visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars. End trip.
Meet & Greet 07:30 am, your personal English speaking tour guide will be waiting at your hotel lobby to meet and greet. We will do a quick instruction on how to drive safely and what you need to do in the back of our scooters. And hang on tight, let’s the journey begin!
Breakfast like a local. Let’s walk around a local wet market where locals come every day to shop is an eye opening and exciting experience. Our guides can also help you to negotiate to get the best prices and you would learn some basic Vietnamese to try trading, bargaining in Vietnamese style with the vendors. You also will try some kinds of fruit and drink coconut water in this local market.
Explore Saigon Unseen: Then, we will take you in the must-see landmarks while getting you off the crowded tourist trail. Take a peek at the history, the streets and the sights that most foreign tourists never even hear about or see on their way.
Coffee Time & Lunch: Enough for the chaos, we now will try the most famous drink in Vietnam in old hidden apartment: Vietnamese coffee and learn how to make a glass of coffee with Vietnamese filter, not a machine. It is so good and that is why it has its place in everyone’s bucket list when coming to Vietnam. It’s time for us to have lunch together. We will take you to have some Saigon delicacy such as Com Tam (broken rice) or Bun Bo (Beef noodle soup)
11:30 am, we will take you back to your hotel
After that, transfer to the airport for flight to Danang. On arrival, be picked up & transferred to Hoi An for walking tour. Explore Hoi An ancient town, when visiting the Japanese Pagoda Bridge, Chinese streets, old Phung Hung houses, Hoi An’s market and ancient port. On the 1st and 15th of every lunar month, Hoi An’s ancient town is lit up by hundreds of colorful lanterns, giving it an extra portion of sparkle. Enjoy the city’s transformation and stroll through this quaint, glowing fairytale town in your free time.
07:45 – 8:00: Pick up from the hotel in Danang and start transfer to Ba Na Hills
Check in at the Suoi Mo Cable Car Station and transfer to Marseille Station

7:00 am : Our car and guide will meet you at your hotel in HoiAn.
Pass over Hai Van Pass, named by Top Gears Jeremy Clarkson as “probably the greatest coastal roads in the world”. Stop at the Hai Van Quan, the highest point between Da Nang and Hue for a photograph opportunity. Besides that, experience the full view of the breathtaking Lang Co Bay.
Arrive in Hue city and start to visit The Citadel, the last royal city in Vietnam that contains the imperial city. It is built by Nguyen Dynasty from 1805 to 1945. This citadel complex is remains Hue’s most popular and most important historic site.
12:30 pm: Take a break and enjoy a delicious local food (by your own)
In the afternoon, visit Khai Dinh Tomb, constructed for the emperor in 1920 and constructed on the principle of Feng Shui. Being unique among the royal tombs in Hue, it is monumental in style and bombastic in execution.
Discover the Thien Mu Pagoda (Heaven Fairy Lady Pagoda), a Buddhist monastery which origins dating back to 1601. It is one of the oldest and holiest sites in Hue. This pagoda is also the unofficial symbol of the ancient city Hue. Finally, have a quick stop at incense village to understand more about local life.
Drive back to Danang airport for flight to Saigon. On arrival, be picked up to hotel for check in & overnight
Pick up at your hotels in Ho Chi Minh City. The trip to Cu Chi will take you an approximately one and a half-hour bus drive. Before exploring the tunnels, you will watch an introductory video about how the tunnels were made and how Vietnamese people survived in the harsh conditions of the wartime. Then, spend your time exploring the remaining areas and tunnel system which include special living areas with kitchens and bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for the security purpose during the war. Afterwards, special tea and cassava (guerrillas’ food during the war) will be served. Break time.
Continue to visit My Tho city. With boat trip on Tien River, you will be excited by the light breeze from the river and the natural beauty of four beautiful islands such as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise along the riverside.
Cruise through the small canal by sampan, treating yourself to the beauty of the countryside, and taking a short cycling around the village which will certainly be an unforgettable experience when participating in the Mekong Delta tour. Visit the coconut candy workshop, and enjoy seasonal delicious fruits & honey tea. Get a chance to listen to the Southern Vietnamese folk music which is performed by local people.
Then you are transferred to the airport for flight to Home.
