Transport from Hanoi
La Casta cruise carries out comfort bus services for round trips between Hanoi and Halong.
- Transport from Hanoi: The cruise offers door-to-door pick-up to take you from Hanoi Old Quarter, then depart for Halong Bay. It will take about 3 hours and a half to transfer on the highway.
- Transport from cruise port: Tourists will be welcomed at La Casta cruise for refreshments before boarding the cruise at 12.30. For those who transfer from Hanoi to Halong Bay cruise on their own, please be there before 12.00 to make sure you won’t miss the embarking time.
Itinerary
Morning:
– Get picked up from your hotel
– Follow the newest highway connecting Hanoi and Hai Phong.
– Upon arrival at Station number 17 Tuan Chau Marina, Ha Long passengers will be welcomed by receptionists at La Casta’s waiting lounge.
– Get onboard and warmly welcome from the La Casta crew team with welcome drink, then check in.
– Enjoy lunch in the restaurant.
Afternoon:
– Visit the Ba Trai Dao area and the natural lagoon of Lan Ha Bay, where you can join with our activities such as: kayaking, swimming, sightseeing and explore the Ba Trai Dao area.
– In unfavorable weather conditions, to ensure the safety of our guests, Ba Trai Dao destination would be changed into Dark and Bright cave- famous for the pristine natural beauty and poetic, attractive seascape of Lan Ha Bay.
– Watch the view of the bay at sunset on board.
Night:
– Join a cooking demonstration, our chef will guide you how to make some simple signature Vietnamese dishes.
– Enjoy special seafood and typical Vietnamese food on the cruise

- Non-cancel, Non-refund, Amendable
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
