I would like to praise Jenny of JoyfulVietNam Travel for her professionalism, friendliness and effectiveness. Jenny did an excellent job, went beyond his job responsibilities to ensure our needs are met satisfactorily. When we had some issues with the hotel, they helped us to resolve the issues promptly.
