We did the Highlights of Vietnam 12 Days -Small Group tour. From our arrival in Hanoi until our departure from Ho Chi Minh City this was definitely the best holiday we ever had. At the outset I need to mention the excellent service and support received from Ms Jenny. We mentioned that it looks as if this lady never sleeps. All enquiries via e mail and/or Whatsapp message were answered within a couple of minutes. Another aspect that needs mentioning is the strict adherance to time schedules. Not once did we have to wait for our driver or guide at an airport or for any of the excursions. The selection of hotels for our stay during this tour were excellent as well. All were very centrally located and within walking distance of all attractions and major markets. The accommodation througout was very good as were the full breakfasts offered every morning. If you are considering a tour of JoyfulVietnam TRAVEL is in my opinion the only company to use. Thank you once again Ms Jenny, all tour guides and drivers for making this tour an experience that we will never forget.
