Our trip was organised by JoyfulVietNam Travel and all by email. Everything was organised by this company from booking all the internal flights to all the hotels and all the transport and sightseeing. Also the restaurants were booked by them on our request as we asked for vegetarian meals. They did all these perfectly and we did not have a single problem with the whole of the tour as it was perfect from pick up from airport to next destination. We also had a night on the Junk Boat on the Halong Bay and the services of Rosy Cruise was a Five Star service by them.Must mention the hotels, Church Nha Tho in Hanoi, Park View in Hue, Hoi An Trails in Hoi An, Sandy Beach in Da nang, Royal Lotus in Saigon, all these chosen by JoyfulVietNam were excellent. Highly recommended for people who want to travel to Vietnam.
