One of the big highlights this trip was a visit to Maichau Ecolodge – just totally unspoiled in the mountain area about 4 hours drive from Hanoi. Walked through the rice fields, visited local villages and had a real feel of the area.
The guide and driver were just the best and this is the third time with both of them as well.
