Transfers and Motorbike Tour

Our first trip to Vietnam, our first international trip from USA. it’s a lot to research and plan. I found Joyful Vietnam Travel in a Facebook travel group, contacted via WhatsApp. Sent my needs and they were quick to respond with details. We used them for 2 airport transfers and a Scooter food tours.
Upon arrival in Hanoi, a driver waited with our names on signage to take us to our predetermined hotel. Car was nice, clean and more importantly Air conditioning. There was bottles of water for us. Very easy and smooth after a 25 hour flying day.
The scooter tour was so much fun!! A little worried at first but soon we were at ease. Tina and Happy took us around to try some amazing Vietnamese foods that are not your typical. 6 stops on our tour- Dry pho, bun cha, green papaya salad, pho cuon, fried dough, cha gio and crème caramel to finish. We also got to go to Train Street at night and watch 2 trains go by…it’s way closer than it looks on YouTube. But it was so much fun and exhilarating.
Tomorrow they take us back to the airport and will handle our transfers in Saigon. I can’t tell you how worried I was booking our first big trip when you do not speak the full language. English communication, always available to answer questions or help. They can book every for you if needed. We may do another food tour tonight it was so great. Pricing has been fantastic and so glad to not stress about it and enjoy this trip with my husband for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Happy travels!
