Wonderful 7 Days in Northern Vietnam

I was a satisfying 7 days trip covering Hanoi, Halong Bay, Nonh Binh, Mau Chai. Jenny arrange the trip very well, driver & guide arrive on time / speak good English and friendly. He explains things very well.
The scenery beautiful and pleasing to the eye, and we love it.
And not to forget the tasty satay / pork skewer, glutinous rice in bamboo and Ha Long Sapphire beer at the roadside stall in the mountain.
We had problem prior to departing and we have to delay our trip by 1.5 days and cut it short. Jenny managed to reschedule and arrange the trip that meet our need. We are very pleased with that. Anytime before and during the trip, if we contacted her, she will respond almost immediately.
We had a lot of to and fro communication, Jenny provided all the answer we need.
Would certainly recommend Jenny / Joyful Vietnam Travel.
