Itinerary

Arrival in Noi Bai airport , you will be picked up then transferred to the hotel in city center. The check-in is available at 2 pm. The day is free for your own exploration and shopping. Overnight at hotel.

 

Morning free at your leisure

Around 5PM, we begin the street food tour (for around 3-3.5 hours). Hanoi is full of secret places & wonderful stories. With a history going back over 2.000 years, it makes the capital a promising destination for any gastronomic tourist. We decided to make you discover the Old Quarter with a local culinary point of view in an original way among the 36 Corporations. In the course of this tour (more or less 2h45), the traveler will discover North specialties such as Bun cha (noodle & BBQ meat), Bia (local ale),… & above all, a wide vision of handicrafts shops & traditional works. End the day with a coffee at the famous train street

08:00-08:15: Limousine bus picks you up at your hotel in the old quarter

12:00: The crew members of Peony Cruise will welcome you at No.34, Tuan Chau Marina, Quang Ninh.

12:45: You will be taken aboard our support vessel and travel from the wharf via the bay to board our luxurious craft, Peony Cruise. Welcome fresh drinks, wet towels and a special lunch of fresh food and an assortment of appetizing delicacies will be served. You will be enchanted when decadently dining on our luxury junk. Life just doesn’t get better than this! We then set sail for Lan Ha Bay – A member of the World’s Most Beautiful Bays.

15:00: We will visit the Dark and Bright cave, famous for the pristine natural beauty and poetic, attractive seascape of Lan Ha Bay. Here you will take some photos of the romantic, lyrical local see-sights. This is also the best time for tourists to enjoin bamboo boat or kayaking which is an interesting activity to discover the truest beauty of the limestone mountains and the blue sky of Lan Ha Bay. Afterwards, visitors immerse in the emerald green water of Lan Ha Bay with exciting swimming activities or enjoy mini pool with jacuzzi on Peony Cruise.

16:30: Return to Peony Cruise. It is an ideal time for photography enthusiasts to capture the stunning moment of sunset at Lan Ha Bay.

17:30 – 18:30: Join the cooking demonstration and “happy hour” with buy 1 get 1 free. 

19:30: Enjoy a romantic dinner at the restaurant on Peony Cruise.

21:00-22:00: Enjoy the nightlife of the bay from the top deck. Immerse yourself in music, enjoying a glass of cocktail from the bar and relaxing on the cruise. Otherwise, you can fish squid with the sailors or simply relax in the room and watch the bay from the balcony.

06:00: Start your day full of energy with a Tai-chi class on the deck and watch the sunrise.

6:45 -7:15: Breakfast is served at the restaurant.

8:00-8.30: You will be transferred to the day tour cruise to visit the bay to go further than Lan Ha Bay. During the cruising time, you can admire the beauty of the Bay with thousand islets.

10.30 – 11.00: You start the journey to discover Viet Hai village, a peaceful village with extremely beautiful scenery by bike or tram along the trails, through vast rice fields. You stop to rest and visit the old house made from straw, mud, bamboo … find out the lives of local people.

12:15 – 13.30: Return to the day tour cruise. You will be served lunch with a variety of dishes at the restaurant.

13h30: The cruise takes you to the pristine beach area, you are free to swim or participate in kayaking activity.

16:30: Return to Peony Cruise. You will be watching the sunset fall on Ha Long Bay, immersed in soothing or vibrant music, sipping a cocktail.

19:30: Enjoy dinner at a restaurant on Peony Cruise.

21:00 – 22:00: Enjoy the nightlife of Ha Long Bay from the deck. Immerse yourself in music, enjoy a glass of cocktail from the bar and relax on the cruise. Otherwise, you can fish squid with the sailors or simply relax in the room and watch Ha Long Bay from the balcony.

 

06:00: Start your day full of energy with a Tai-chi class on the deck and watch the sunrise.

06:45 – 07:15: A light breakfast is available at the restaurant with tea, coffee, traditional Pho or Bun Ca and cakes (breakfast time can change due to the itinerary).

07:30 – 09:00: You will join the tour of Cat Ba World Biosphere by transshipment. It takes 30 minutes to transfer from Gia Luan to Trung Trang – one of the most impressive caves in Cat Ba island, Vietnam. The limestone cave has thousands of stalactites in various shapes, offering geological values with a typical cave ecosystem.

9:30: Checking out of the room. Then the lunch in the restaurant is ready for you, pay the extra fee (if any) at the reception while traveling to the port. Kindly needed to pay for the costs in charge of the front desk (if any) while traveling to the port.

10:30 – 11:00: Disembark and move back the port.

11:30 – 11:45: Arrive Tuan Chau Marina.

Drive back to Hanoi by limo bus, then at 17h, you are transfer to the airport for flight to Hue. On arrival, be picked up to hotel for check in & overnight

At 8AM, start the day with a visit to Hue Imperial City, the remaining vestiges of Hue’s citadel, including: Flag Tower, Ngo Mon Gate, Nine Dynastic Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace and the Forbidden Purple City (Tu Cam Thanh. Then, we will take a boat trip on poetic Perfume River. Stop to visit Thien Mu Pagoda (Celestial Lady Pagoda) built in 1601 – the symbol of Hue city. Cruise toward Thuy Bieu eco-village, an old laid back village situated on the bank of Perfume River known for its green tea fruit orchards. Arrive in the village, and join our cooking class to prepare Hue’s signature dishes with our chef’s instruction, then enjoy your creations in the open air riverside restaurant surrounded by lush trees. The afternoon is reserved for cycling through the peaceful village, visiting several communal houses, ancient temples and the garden-house, a typical and unique feature of Hue. Soaking your feet in medicinal herb water followed by an excellent blind massage will refresh them after a day of sightseeing. Back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Hue.

Morning, at 8AM, drive on the Mandarin road, a scenic journey from Hue to Hoi An, which allows you to see a picturesque Vietnam with stunning beaches and lush tropical forest. Take some photos en route of Danang Beach and visit Marble Mountain, – Check in the Marble Mountains by climbing up to the top (elevator is optional). Here we will see beautiful pagodas which were made in the 19th century by the last dynasty of the VietNam monarchy, and visit Huyền Không or Tàng Chơn caves.

– Our van will transfer you to Monkey Mountain. A giant statue of Lady Buddha with a beautiful background such as mountains and a huge garden of bonsai would draw your attention. You will definitely get lost in the garden of heaven with gripping stories when gently walking and enjoying a fresh breeze.

Drive to Hoi An for check in hotel

Afternoon, embark on the boat to Cua Dai sand dune, enjoy casting net show and learn how to cast net by local fisher man. Continue to Cam Thanh Water coconut village, have a brief introduction to the history there.

8:00: Pick up from the hotel in Hoi An and start transfer to Ba Na Hills

Check in at the Suoi Mo Cable Car Station and transfer to Marseille Station

At 8:15, transfer to airport for your flight to Saigon.

Morning free at your leisure

At 13h, depart for Cu Chi tunnel, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours car driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served.

Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun.

Return to Saigon. End trip.

At 8AM, leaving the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and start your trip to depart for My Tho, the town lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang pagoda which sated back to the late 19th century. Then, you embark a boat on Mekong river and go down stream, along Dragon Island to see daily activities on river as catching, raising fish on farm and conquer the 3 km large river by crossing.

Next, you get through the Xep canal to village, visit some fascinating local industries and stop in farmer house to enjoy some fruits, honey tea and listen to local music. Drive on paths by horse cart and change on small rowing boat to river.

Lunch by your own. In the afternoon, time for cycling around the village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong delta.

Return to Ho Chi Minh City for overnight

After breakfast, free time for relaxation until being transferred to take your departure flight from Saigon. The hotel is available until noon only.
